Giving to EIU
Due to the development trends inherent to contemporary society there is a constant need for Institutions of Higher Education to be modernized the feasibility of which depends on the availability of appropriate financial resources.
The Charter of EIU defines the ways by which individual benefactors and also organizations (foundations, national and international NGOs, unions of legal entities, etc.) could financially contribute to EIU. EIU values the initiatives aimed at assisting students in paying their tuition fees through provision of financial aid and scholarships/awards (not to be repaid).
Financial aid could be provided through:
- Student loans
- Work/research study programs
EIU values donations aimed at facilitating the following activities:
- Staff trainings
- Student internships
- Research
- Publishing
- Improvement of material and technical basis of EIU, maintenance and repair of the main and subsidiary buildings, acquisition of library materials and computer equipment, introduction of modern information technologies etc.
In advance we express our gratitude to socially responsible persons and organizations interested in the development of EIU, in particular to:
- Graduates for giving back to EIU
- Parents for their particular attention to EIU
Assistance to EIU could be provided both on long-term and short-term basis.
EIU organizes open days for both natural and juridical persons aimed at assisting EIU. During such a day the latter are provided an opportunity to get acquainted with EIU staff and activities carried out at EIU.
