Requirements

1.    Filled-in application (see the attached form).

2.    Filled-in application questionnaire (see the attached form);

3.    Medical reference about general health status (can be provided by the medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia).

4. Presenting valid and official results confirming English language proficiency typically through the following options
   1. TOEFL, iBT or TOEFL iBT Home Edition Tests (target score: 34*)
   2. IELTS Academic or IELTS Indicator Exams (target score: 4.5*)
   3. Apply for the Language Assessment organized internally by the University.

5.    Copy of the passport.

6. A copy of the birth certificate or a copy of the baptism certificate verified by a notary (Only for Diaspora Armenians)

7.    Copy of the graduation certificate with the grades, translated and verified by the Notary. In the case of specific countries, international validation (Apostille) may be needed.

8.    4 photos (size 3×4).

9.    CV in Armenian, Russian, or English.

10. For the postgraduate education program, an essay on the chosen significant topic in Armenian, Russian, or English (approx. 20 pages).

11. Receipt of admission and registration fee payment of 48 400 AMD (non-refundable)

IMPORTANT

1. The documents will be considered only if ratified by the consular departments of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Armenia in foreign countries unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Armenia or international agreements:
2. The documents together with the EIU Rector’s reference letter are submitted in person to the Ministry of Education and Sciences by an authorized representative of the University. If the applicant is physically present in the Republic of Armenia, he/she can personally submit the above documents to the Ministry.
3. If you want an EIU representative to submit the documents to the RA Ministry of Education and Sciences, please mail the complete package of documents to the following address: info@eiu.am.  The fields NAME and SURNAME should be filled in by the applicant’s first and last names.
4. Documents admission and processing fee – The documents’ admission and processing fee (100 USD) is not refundable. The University bank details for the fee payment can be downloaded via the following LINK. Your application will not be considered unless accompanied by the payment receipt.
